Mr. Altman has engaged in the practice of law for over thirty (30) years and concentrates his practice in the areas of, bankruptcy, corporate law, personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and general business litigation. Mr. Altman’s prior experience before opening his law practice included a position as Assistant Vice President with a Wall Street corporate consulting firm. He had primary responsibility for over 100 corporate reorganizations (stock repurchase) transactions of publicly held corporations, as well as significant experience in the area of corporate governance (election of corporate officers).
Prior to his experience as a corporate consultant on Wall Street, Mr. Altman served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he concentrated on white collar and business crime matters. As a special Agent, he received five letters of commendation and served in Atlanta, Las Vegas and New York City.
